issue in A COUNTRY)
Using the demand and supply analysis, we will now attempt to evaluate
the future of the property market for the various flatted residences. Houses come
in various denominations such as studio apartments, 3-bedroom up to 5-bedroom
flats and executive condominiums.
The future the more extravagant 5-bedroom flats and executive
condominiums will most likely foresee the greatest growth in demand leaving the
relatively lower range of houses to decrease in its demands.
The increasing demand in these flats can be linked to the shift the lifestyle
of A COUNTRY in general. The change in the population lifestyle, population’s
tastes, income pattern and consumer confidence are strong influences pushing
the demand of the more luxurious houses.
The executive condominiums, while targeted at the young professionals whom are
more status conscious and perceives these houses as more glamorous that the
standard flatted houses also appeal to many of those who wish to own a property
with the facilities of many private apartments without the exorbitant price
tag.
A COUNTRY’s population is more educated in comparison to their
forefathers, earning them capabilities of higher paying jobs. On top of that,
there is also a demographic shift for A COUNTRY’s families with dual incomes,
where both the parents are working. All these in turn will increase the buying
power of the populations in general.
Consumer confidence is also another important factor for the every
housing market, as the forecasts of the A COUNTRY economy is expected to have
at least a 6% increase in the coming year, the population will be more
confident that their jobs are more secure, directly affecting their financial
security. All these factors discussed above will cause an incremental shift in
demand on the executive condominiums in A COUNTRY.
